School Bus Passes

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Bus pass sales for the 2026–2027 school year will begin on Monday, July 20, 2026. If you haven’t purchased by August 14 you will loose your spot.

Before purchasing a bus pass, families who may qualify for transportation assistance or reduced bus pass fees must complete the Free or Reduced-Price Meal Application. The application will be available beginning July 15, 2026.

Please review your student’s assigned bus route, including pickup and drop-off times, carefully. Due to increased ridership this school year, some bus routes and schedules have been adjusted to accommodate additional students.

Please note that bus pass purchases are non-refundable.

Families will receive an email this week with the status of their student’s bus pass request.

Due to consistently low ridership, bus service to the Coldwater/Briar Ridge area will not be available during the 2026–2027 school year.

• Payment plans are available. Inquire at time of purchase if you need to set up a payment plan.

***When purchasing bus passes, students  must be present to have their picture taken.

Last years passes will NOT be accepted
